Important notice
HomeServiceStackPlus.AI is a marketing tool, not a legal tool. It is not a law firm, and nothing it writes is legal, insurance, tax, safety or other professional advice. Read every draft. Before you publish, send or print it, confirm that each claim, price, license line, warranty, offer and safety statement is true and allowed where you work.
What this is
HomeServiceStackPlus is a tool that helps you write marketing: posts, emails, scripts, replies, ads and pages for your home service business. It uses artificial intelligence, which can be wrong, can leave out something important, and can repeat a mistake it was given. Everything it produces is a draft for you to read, correct and approve. Nothing is sent or posted for you.
It is not legal advice
Rules about contractor licensing, advertising, pricing and "free" offers, financing and credit terms, warranties and guarantees, text message and email consent, insurance-claim work, regulated work such as lead, asbestos, mold, gas and electrical, safety, and hiring differ by state and city and change over time. The rules built into these tools are cautious defaults. They are not a statement of what the law requires, and they do not guarantee that a draft is lawful, accurate or approved by any board, insurer or agency.
Nothing here creates a lawyer and client relationship. If you are unsure whether something you want to say or do is allowed, ask your state licensing board, your insurance agent or an attorney before you use it.
You are responsible for what you publish
You decide what goes out under your business's name. Before you use a draft, check that every fact is true for your business: your license numbers, insurance, certifications, warranties, prices, offers, response times, service area, reviews, ratings and before-and-after photos. Replace every bracketed placeholder such as [price] or [License number] with the real information, or take the line out. Do not state anything you cannot back up.
Safety
These tools are for marketing. They are not a source of instructions for electrical, gas, roofing, structural, mold, asbestos, lead, refrigerant, septic or other dangerous or regulated work, and you should not publish instructions like that to customers. For safety, code, permit and health questions, follow the manufacturer, your regulator and a qualified professional.
No promises about results
We do not promise any number of leads, calls, reviews, rankings, jobs or revenue, and we do not promise that a draft will be approved by an advertising platform.
Your customers' information
Do not put payment card numbers, government ID numbers, passwords, medical details or other sensitive personal information about your customers into the tools.
Terms and Privacy
The Terms and the Privacy Policy are being finalized and will be published at /terms and /privacy. This notice is a plain-language summary and does not replace them.
